Level Meter
Level measurements complement each other ideally with flow measurement, since each flow is coming from a tank or is pumped into a tank or container. For this, the level information is extremely important, because these can be controlled by pumps and valves, so that the flow can be measured with high reliability.


Orifice

An electronic control circuit converts the RTD temperature difference into a DC voltage signal. Both of these signals are evaluated and used to control two alarm circuits with adjustable threshold.
Both alarms are independently configurable on-site flow, liquid level / interface or temperature operation.

An electronic control circuit converts the RTD temperature difference into a DC voltage signal. Both of these signals are evaluated and used to control two alarm circuits with adjustable threshold. Both alarms are configured independently of each other on the spot for the liquid level, interface or temperature operation. Because all process media exhibit different heat transfer characteristics, the high sensitivity level / interface controllers from FCI are specially calibrated to detect difficult interfaces between materials, including liquids, gases, slurries and foam regardless of the physical properties.

Mass flow meters for gas
Thermal dispersion technology uses the relationship between flow rate and cooling effect for the direct measurement of mass flow. No moving parts and minimal interventions is ideal thermal dispersion and is used in many air and gas applications. In addition, it provides high repeatability and accurate measurements.
